Joan has specialized in Food & Beverage at various successful hotels, implementing systems in lounges, nightclubs, and restaurants in southeast Nigeria. At BlueByte Hospitality, she developed operations for hotel restaurants during pre-openings, increasing sales and reducing costs. Previously, she was a Food & Beverage Controller and Manager at Universal Hotel Enugu and Tae Suite Ikoyi Lagos, where she restructured accounting systems to achieve significant cost savings.
Joan, CEO of Lulu Culinary & Foodbyte Integrated Services, leverages years of operational experience in all aspects of restaurant management. She holds a degree in education from Enugu State University, is a Certified Professional Caregiver in the UK, and is a member of the Institute of Hospitality, UK.
