Francis founded BLUEBYTE Hospitality Limited in 2009 to enhance hospitality professionalism in Nigeria and offer pre-opening and management services for hotels. He has held roles such as Owner Representative, General Manager, and Operations Director in various hotels, including Astoria Hotel, Ikoyi Lagos, Dover Hotel Lekkiand Kwara Hotel, Ilorin, where he played a key role in its restoration.
Francis Ogosi FIH FTCH is a highly professional Hotel Administrator & Hospitality Consultant, with solid Executive Hotel Management experience. He is the Managing Director for BLUEBYTE Hospitality Limited and presently the Business Development Manager & Project Manager for Swiss International Hotels & Resort – West Africa.
Francis has earned numerous certifications and awards in the Hospitality and Tourism industry, including Fellowships from the Institute of Hospitality, UK, and the Association of Tourism Hospitality Consultants Nigeria. Mentored by the late Stephen John Parker (MHCIMA), he has pre-opened and rehabilitated over 1,000 rooms across 13 hotels in Nigeria. Francis excels in Sales & Marketing, thrives in challenging locations, and has built and led a successful executive management team capable of pre-opening and delivering any hotel in Nigeria.
