Chijioke Chukwubuikem is a hospitality executive with 16 years of experience in team leadership, business growth, and guest service. He excels in innovation, communication, and leadership, backed by a Higher National Diploma in Public Administration and postgraduate studies in Business Management.
Chijioke has extensive experience in hotel management, pre-opening projects, and associate development. He has served as Country Director at the International Hospitality Institute Nigeria, General Manager at Swiss International Hotels & Resorts, and Project Manager at The Prestige Commerce Ltd. Chijioke has trained over 600 associates, mentored 150+, managed four hotels, and led six pre-opening projects with over 600 keys and 3,000 conference facilities across Nigeria.
Chijioke has extensive industry training, including certifications in Swiss Quality Assurance, International HR Management, Project Management, and Commercial & Revenue Management. He is a member of the Institute of Hospitality UK, Nigeria, and completed General Manager Training at Swiss International Hotel and Resort, UAE.
